Rosenberg Schmidt

The sole interview in the mix containing the interviewer and more than one entrepreneur interviewee. Eric Schmidt and Jonathan Rosenberg are co-authors of the book, "How Google Works."

Sal discusses their book and experiences in a one hour interview. Eric Schmidt realized a problem in our society. Young people come out of school ready to change the world. However, "we have a disconnect between the young people and the organizations that they are joining," referring to the big let down felt by these 20 somethings when they begin their first real job. They often find that they are more "cube drones" in an organization post college, rather than the "movers and shakers" they expected to be. It's not their fault. All the textbooks in college give examples to the students that put them in managerial type situations.
